How much does your service cost?
Each request is quoted individually. Your quote includes the price of the item, any Japanese consumption tax, our service fee, shipping and insurance, so you know the total before deciding. Requesting a quote is free and without obligation.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to most countries worldwide. Some products (for example spirits, knives, perfume, batteries or certain foods) are subject to carrier rules and import regulations in your country, and some destinations are restricted by sanctions; we check this before sending you a quote.
How do I know the products are authentic?
We buy from official brand stores, authorized retailers, established pre-owned dealers or sellers that you have approved. We keep the original receipt, packaging and documents (warranty cards, certificates) and ship them with your item.
Do I have to pay Japanese consumption tax?
Prices in Japan include consumption tax (10%, or 8% for food). Depending on how the item is bought and exported, the tax may be included or exempt. Your quote always shows the exact amount.
Who pays customs duties and import taxes?
Import duties and taxes (such as VAT) in your country are generally paid by the recipient on arrival. We prepare accurate customs documents and, for some destinations, can quote a delivery with duties prepaid.
Are there Japanese export restrictions?
Most consumer goods can be exported freely. Some items, such as weapons and their replicas, certain high-tech equipment and anything bound for sanctioned countries, are restricted. Knives and some foods are also restricted by some destination countries. We check every request and only ship what can legally be exported and imported.
